Leno Creative Arts Competition 2024

The Leno Creative Arts Competition 2024 is a dynamic initiative organized by Leno Corporate Services in The Bahamas. It aims to provide a platform for students to showcase their creative talents while also promoting financial literacy. The competition encourages students to explore and express their ideas through various artistic mediums, including writing, poetry, and video creation.

Open to students in grades 6 through 9, the competition is inclusive of both public and private schools across The Bahamas. It offers a range of categories to participate in:

Essay Writing - Students are invited to write essays based on specific themes that intertwine creativity with financial literacy.

Poetry - In this category, students craft original poems, allowing them to creatively express their understanding of various concepts.

Video Creation - Students can produce short videos that focus on relevant subjects, blending storytelling and visual creativity with important educational messages.

The competition serves as both a creative outlet and a learning experience, helping students better understand the role of financial literacy in their daily lives.

The deadline for submissions is set for January 31, 2025, giving participants ample time to refine their works and submit their entries. Winners of the competition will not only gain recognition for their artistic abilities but may also receive prizes and further opportunities to showcase their talents.

In addition to fostering creativity, the Leno Creative Arts Competition highlights the importance of financial education, aligning the arts with practical life skills.
