Mr. Geoff Andrews is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and currently provides accounting services to private clients. Geoff joined Deloitte in 1986 and served as an audit partner from 1997 until his retirement effective May 31, 2016. Geoff served as the Audit Leader for the Caribbean and Bermuda firm and was heavily involved in audit learning for the Bahamas firm. Geoff has significant experience in the audits of clients in the financial service, energy and retail industries, and has served on various local and international clients in The Bahamas and the United States. Geoff earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Davidson College and an MBA in Accounting from Owen Graduate School of Management, Vanderbilt University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), being registered in Georgia, USA, and is a licensee of the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA). Since retiring from Deloitte, Geoff has dedicated his time to many not-for-profit organizations, serving on their boards and the board of several private companies. He currently serves as President of the Bahamas National Trust, Treasurer of the Governor General’s Volunteer Bahamas, and is a board member of the Rotary Club of East Nassau, St. Andrew’s International School and Baha Mar Foundation. He is also a past Chairman of the Access Accelerator Small Business Development Center.
